Susan Giacchi – Broker Owner
Passionate, optimistic, and driven, Susan Giacchi has found her true calling in real estate. Prior to working as a real estate agent, Susan worked at The Bond Market Association for more than 14 years. She started as an office assistant, and shortly thereafter she was promoted to office manager. It was in her last three years with the company that she developed an interest in real estate, assisting the president and CFO with locating new offices in Midtown, as well as procuring an office in London. After finishing up these projects, Susan decided to engage her new passion for real estate by becoming a residential agent. Working with various real estate companies over the last several years, Susan decided to pursue her Dream and took the necessary steps to get her Broker’s license. Susan opened up a RE/MAX Dreams office in Sayreville shortly thereafter, and has been thriving since.
Setting her apart from others in the industry is her ability to go above and beyond for her clients. “I do everything I can to serve my clients. I always give them information so they can make the right decisions, I listen to what their needs are so I can easily help them,” Susan says. She is constantly there for them during the process, and is always sure to link them with her plethora of resources if they need it.
Her positive attitude builds trust with her clients, as she becomes friends with them quickly and easily. “I’m always happy and smiling, I’ve had clients tell me they were going to call me if they have a bad day because I can brighten it,” she explains. Susan is a genuinely positive person, and is always seeing the glass half full. Her clients enjoy working with her because Susan is not only an optimist, but a genuine people-person as well. “I value people and who they are. That applies to every person I meet, whether it’s the agents in my office or my clients,” she explains.
